I've gotten my nails done in many nail salons and this one is by far the best experience I've had. I've been going to Nails R Us since October and I hate to say I'm leaving the area and wish I could take them with me! Upon first entering the shop, I found it to be very clean, aesthetically pleasing, modern, and comfy. I decided to get the pink and white gel nails but thought the pink looked too pink on my hands. Matt didn't hesitate to remedy the situation by adding white to the pink in a separate container - one that's still under the cabinet that's used when I go in. Clearly I'm a little picky and have developed a preference to have them done by either Matt or his wife; but with them, I've never had my nails lift. I think I broke one nail back in December but that was because I waited too long to get them filled. I should add that I've gotten many compliments on my nails, even in other states that I've visited. In contrast to another review here, I did get the grand opening discount (a few times!) and I even received a discount for my birthday.The staff at this shop go above and beyond to ensure that their customers are content and I would recommend them to acquaintances and my closest friends!

When it just opened I went there for a full set gel because it was right by my house. I called them and ask if it was ok to come in at about 6 - 6.15pm (they close at 7), he said it was totally fine. So I came in that night and Matt was the one that took care of me. Well.. I felt like all he wanted is to get me out of there as soon as possible, my nails weren't really finished when he was "done", he didn't want to give me their 20% "grand opening discount" AND charged me $5 more than the price that was on their price list!! So I was like "I'm not coming back to that place. Ever". Matt might be a nice guy and he has that cute dust mask with the flower on it :)) but that's not good enough. Really.

WOW! I went in for a pedicure and a full set. Matt and his staff took great care of me and my nails look great. Salon is very clean and attractive. I would deifinitely recommend them!!
