All of our therapists are Nationally and Virginia State-certified through the Board of Nursing and are experienced in various massage modalities. Our Salon has hand picked only the best stylist in the Tide Water area.


Our Hair Salon is a retreat away from your busy life to give you the pampering you need. Our stylists are there to help you turn your vision into a style that is both trendy and fitting to enhance your natural features. We can create the perfect up do or blow-out, for a night on the town. Or come relax in out spa chairs and treat yourself to a pedicure and manicure. What ever the Spa or Beauty need is, we have the package and the Aveda products to give you the relaxation you deserve.


We are a therapeutic bodywork studio and Aveda day-spa located, just a few blocks from the Oceanfront at 19th Street and Cypress Avenue - a part of the Wareing's Gym family of shops. We offer a full range of massage services, ranging from clinical pain relief to soothing stone massage to prenatal MaMassage. Our skincare services feature the Aveda line of wonderfully aromatic products, completely natural pure flower and plant essences. We also offer internal cleansing with colon hydro-therapy.
